What we do.
1. Find Properties: We purchase under-utilized commercial and residential properties with a very specific set of criteria that will allow us to meet our investment objectives. Primarily increase density and develop multifamily, mixed use and townhome projects that enhance an urban area.
2. Re-develop: We have an in-house development team with years of experience to shepherd projects through design and entitlement while managing opportunities to create cashflow during the entitlement phase.
3. Rent, Manage, & Sell (or All 3): We have created a varied set of exits that will allow us to redeploy assets, continue to develop more properties and maintain long term control over class-A Multi-family, mixed use and townhome projects that we develop to maximize returns for our investors.
4. Create Returns: Throughout the course of the life of our funds we look to maximize equity growth but also create cashflow that can be returned to investors in the latter half of the fund.
